Sudden Weight Loss in Women

Women's sudden weight loss

Sudden weight loss in women could be as big problem as often rapid weight gain is.

Rapid weight loss (in case you didn't plan it and correspondingly didn't make any efforts to gain it) means that something in your body works improperly and/or that you have made some changes in your daily meal plan that caused it. In case you did plan it (but not that fast) it means that your weight loss program is too exhausting for your body, and you should better stop it immediately and consider following another one.

Although many people are happy to lose weight through sensible dieting, unexplained weight loss should never be ignored, especially when we can't put it down to a relationship break-up or stress at work.

In many cases rapid weight loss is connected with digestion problems (which by the way cause overweight problems as well). If you notice rapid weight loss after/during following a diet or starvation it could be a sign of ulcer of stomach which is very serious and can even cause death. Women are amenable to this disease as well as men, so, be careful.
